Sirmione is at the southern end of Lake Garda and is the second of three stops on our tour around the lake.

The Scaglia castle had a water gate that reminded me of London's Traitor's Gate.
The moat from the lake circles the castle which has - or had - two drawbridge entrances.
The castle and a rooftop bell turret.
Sirmione was again a beautiful place and we wished we had had a bit more time to relax and still see everything. There is one more stop to make on today's tour.
