30 June 2003
We are in Torbole on the north easterbn corner of Lake Garda or Lago Di Garda as the Italians say.
The hand points to the small building on the harbour wall On the map the hand points to the small building on the harbour wall seen on the previous page.
Torbole has a mixture of new buildings and older narrow alley ways and piazzas or squares.
The older buildings are far more interesting and I found that the ones that were in a poor state of repair were the ones that oozed character.
It was getting time to walk back to Riva. The temperature was in the high 30s celcius and there were a few nice sights on the way back!
